Christ Church Football Club

Interested in football?
If so, Christ Church Clifton has its own football team. The team
play in the Bristol Churches league and would welcome your
involvement or support.

What is the club about?
Christ Church Clifton F.C. was set up 6 years ago to represent
Christ Church with the aim of providing church members and
guests the opportunity to play football together in a competitive
but friendly league.

The club's primary objective is to act as an encouragement and
witness to those in the team and to others they play against in
the league.

The club also plans social activities such as a golf day, Christmas curry and an end of season gala with awards.

Where do we play?
Our home matches are played at Clifton College Beggars Bush Lane football pitches over the suspension bridge at 10am. After crossing the Suspension Bridge, turn right at the lights on to Abbots Leigh Road (at Ashton Court entrance). Go straight on through the next set of lights. The ground is 100m after the lights on the left hand side.

Where do we train?
The club also runs football training sessions every week. These take place also at Clifton College Beggars Bush Lane pitches but on Astroturf. Training is at 7.30pm every Wednesday evening.

Please feel free to come along to training even if you are not interested or unable to play on Saturday mornings.

supporting), please contact the church office (click here) or Neil Perrett direct neil.perrett@kpmg.co.uk.
