Can't sing or play?
Then please pray for us! Prayer is vital to the worshipping life of Christ Church. The musicians, singers and sound team really need to be supported in prayer. if you could regularly pray for us that would be great!

The Evening Service Singing Group
The largest of our Sunday groups, singing mainly at the 6.30pm service. A wonderfully close-knit family of Christians who love God & want to express that love through music. Wide range of music. Meets weekly.

Evening Service Band
A large group of musicians both band instruments and orchestral instruments. Meeting weekly at 5pm to rehearse for the evening service.

Family Service Bands
There are currently three seperate teams who play for the 9.30 services. They meet to rehearse, pray and read the Bible together every three weeks on a Thursday evening and then provide the music for that Sunday.

Music at Christ Church

For many years, Christ Church has placed a high value on our gathered worshipping life. We aim to fuse the best contemporary Christian music with more traditional church music - We seek not to make music for its own sake but to bring glory to God through everything we do. The ministry of music at Christ Church is led by the Director of Music, Jonathan Bramwell.

please see below for all the details regarding Christmas 2008 and how to get involved.
