Neil Hopkins
Neil has been on the team at Christ Church since 1999 and focuses on supporting the team of leaders who disciple young people between the ages of 11-18 yrs. old, overseeing the youth ministries varied activities and groups, as well as just hanging out with young people. Before joining the team Neil completed his Theology degree at the London School of Theology and then spent some time researching youth congregations and the church.
Prior to study Neil worked for three and a half years in a Central London Magistrates Court whilst helping lead youth work on Scripture Union missions and within his local church, as well as being involved in worship and theatre companies.
Neil is married to Julia and they have two children, Ethan (3) and Daya (1) from whom he gets much joy. When not spending time with his family you may see him out jogging, playing golf, walking their border collie Darcey, watching a good movie or ER.
